How It Works: 2 Steps to Certification

This course is designed for busy healthcare professionals who need a convenient, high-quality certification path.

  1. Step 1: The Online Portion (HeartCode® BLS) You will first complete the comprehensive online training through the American Heart Association (AHA) website. This interactive program uses personalized adaptive learning and eSimulation to guide you through CPR, AED use, and choking relief for adults, children, and infants.

  2. Step 2: The In-Person Skills Check-Off Once you’ve completed the online modules and printed your certificate of completion, schedule your hands-on skills session with us at Metro Life Medical Education and Training. Our instructors will ensure you have the proper form and confidence to save a life in a real-world setting.
